The winter storm brewed outside, the lighting rattled the windows of the old Victorian home. In the flashes of lighting the home looked like one of those old haunted homes from scary movies… the kind that are always haunted or have something bad happening in them. Rain was coming down hard, pounding every surface in an almost freezing temperature.
A man passed by one of the windows, an older man from the looks of it. His head in a book as he moved passed the window. Completely unaware of what was lurking outside. That tonight would be his judgment…
In a tree, perched upon one of the branches sat a masked figure, his suit of a blend of dark green that was almost black in coloring…with hints of various shades of green. Not even phased by the lighting. This was nothing to him, not even close to what would cover as worse where he came from. He felt perfectly sat perched on the branch.
Behind the black shield of his helmet, those light green eyes were staring at the infrared display showing him where the man was at within the house. With one smooth movement, he pulled an arrow from the quiver on his back. One with an special head that was green in coloring and made from carbon fiber and titanium just like the shaft of the arrow. With another smooth barely noticeable move, he had drawn the bow and had the arrow lined up. His fingers let go the moment right before the man passed by the window.
The book was hit and sent flying across the room where it lodge into the wall attached via arrow. The old man was startled even more so when the vigilante jumped from the branch and went through the broken window, landing right before the old man. Within a moment of landing, he had another arrow drawn and pointed right at the man who had moved a few feet back from the window. ”I demand to know what your connection to the deaths of Shioda family is.” His voice altered by a voice device in his helmet.
The old judge just stood there with his hands raised. ”Please don’t harm me… I don’t know what you are talking about…” Before Crimson could finish saying anything, both of their attention turned to a noise outside….
