Outside of his job, he tends to keep to himself which makes it rather difficult for him to maintain any friendships. Even when he does opt to spend some free time around other individuals, it tends to be on a superficial level only. He's perfected the ability to maintain a polite and friendly facade but letting people beyond that is something he's reluctant to do. That doesn't necessarily mean it can't or won't happen, it will just be an arduous process as he's not one to make it a simple matter. Should someone get past his shell, he likely won't let go of them that easily, after all, there aren't many he can really trust. ENEMIES Ah, enemies. Yuri has many, from both aspects of his life. The criminals he sentences in the court room, the heroes that oppose his twisted views of justice and everything in between. Compromise is not something that's in Yuri's vocabulary, and his stance regarding morals isn't going to change any time soon. He doesn't make exceptions for those who have done wrong or crossed him in some way. LOVERS Romance is not something Yuri fancies indulging. Seeing as he doesn't have very many friends nor likes to let anyone get too close, love is something he pretty much shirks. While there's possibility for it, it's not going to come quick or easy. At the heart of things, Yuri is a rather lonely individual due to the fact that he doesn't maintain regular contact with many people outside of his co-workers and mother, the latter of which is a very strained relationship and anything but loving. Should anything develop between himself and another person that starts to lead into the romance will likely be viewed with suspicion as the whole territory of love is rather unfamiliar to him. OTHERS I am here to roleplay, so if you have any ideas that are not touched upon here, I'd love to hear them. Co-workers, rivalries, love, etc., whatever - so long as it's fun I'm down for it. :3 Feel free to post here or PM me with anything you might cook up. <3

yuri's pretty cool and i feel pretty bad for his past and all. T^T either way, caroline's just moved to sternbild, so she isn't very familiar with all that's going on at the moment, she probably wouldn't know much about yuri. to be honest, she doesn't speak of her family either, so she won't pry about it at all. i suppose that she is okay with the idea of personal space and wouldn't even care much if, say, she finds out by mistake that he's lunatic (not that it would happen, just saying, hypothetically speaking!). she doesn't judge people simply by such things. she could be just a person to talk to and who would listen or, in her silly way, would try to brighten yuri's day with a cup of coffee and some donuts. of course, she'd figure it out when she's a bother and leave him be for the moment.

He definitely needs some more acquaintances / possible friends. Perhaps they could meet either somewhere in the city randomly, or perhaps when he visits the school for ... Administration of Justice business?? You know, checking up on the kids to make sure they're not going to be threats to the city and you know any of them have any budding criminal tendencies... >u> She might end up being one of those small circles of people he enjoys his rare off time with, even if it's only superficial conversations over coffee? bahaha, well, she is a professor at the academy, so she's supervising at least part of the kids there, and through her philosophy classes she could get a bit of an insight in their minds, maybe. a little.
