★ APPEARANCE
Vladimir stands about 5'9 weighing only 128 lbs he seems to have a little muscle on his body but barely any. His hair is black and his bangs are a v shape hanging into his eyes. Now onto his eyes which are red that almost look amber in a certain light. Fair complexion he has very light skin that makes him look almost like a doll sometimes. Mostly because of his mother but with that creepy grin on his face people would think differently.
He has whip like scars on his back from his father, a way of training his father said. But he doesn't think much of it and hardly takes off his shirt to show them. A thin scar on his right arm from one of his informant like tasks, he was trying to escape and that happened. Now onto his other little accessories his right ear is pierced three times. The rings in his ear are silver, while the middle one his black.
Anything else is just silver or a dark blue. However he doesn't have much else but the star necklace around his neck. It's his younger sister's and she gave it to him before something happened. Now onto his clothes his black jacket has a fluffy collar on the hood he usually wears things like that. A black long sleeve shirt underneath that. His pants are also black as well. Most of his outfits are this way. It keeps him invisible half of the time it seemed anyway.

★ PERSONALITY
Vladimir does not seem to be a very caring individual more of a person to keep to himself. He did not wish to get too connected to people. He is very calm and collected focused on the task at hand. Yes he can get angry it all depends on the situation his anger comes across as more of a sick fascination with things. Underneath of that he has a heart it's very...destroyed maybe? But he can be kind, loving in a bit of a sick way. It all depends on the person.
Vladimir is extremely confident as well as crafty with what he does. Knowing how to manipulate the person who tries to mess with him most of the time. He does not approve of letting people walk all over him so he'll trip them up. Vladimir shows most of his care, love towards his younger sister. He can almost seem childish in some sense getting easily excited or hyper when he finds something good. Or something interests him.
Vlad doesn't give information away for free always. It depends on the person he can act friendly if he'll get something out of it. He has been raised to think only about his job. Or being a person with a very cold heart. Similar to his father. Love is viewed as a weakness or something he can just use to manipulate another person with. He does not seem to be highly trusting and it's better off that way in his mind.

★ Backstory
The middle child born to Russian parents he was overly quiet from the moment he was born. Hardly cried or anything. Vlad just would sleep on his father's chest even when he was old enough to walk and sleep alone. During the day and sometimes at night it was his favorite place to sleep. He had one older brother who was jealous of Vlad and treated him horrible. It started to turn the child cold along with his father's special training. It started around the age of eleven, leaving whip marks on his back.
Trying to make his child stronger, saying his brother had gone through it and every single male in the family would. When he asked why it was only the males his father responded with angry words. Vlad started to rebel against his father doing things he knew his father wouldn't approve of. However this dragged him into the world of a informant. Someone that has information most wouldn't. While most pick a side Vlad is more of a neutral party feeding information to both.
In his own way maybe trying to teach the heroes and criminals a lesson. He does not fear getting caught but this does not mean he's always reckless. He makes sure to have ways to avoid getting caught or even his father discovering what he is up to.
