★ PERSONALITY
When someone first meets Keith the first thing that people seem to notice is his almost ever-present smile and his friendly and happy personality. The majority of the time Keith is viewed as a happy person, the type who never seems to wake up on the wrong side of the bed. He is well mannered and polite to everyone he meets, and is the type to try and spark up small talk about almost anything just so he can have a fun conversation with someone. He is also very kind hearted and considers himself be a fortunate man and likes to do for others what he can, this often leads to him working at homeless shelters and other places those rate times he has his free time. He has also been known to make donations to churches or charities when he can afford it. Keith is also the type of person to put himself in harm's way to protect another person. He is a Hero because he hopes to protect help people.
The second thing someone is likely to notice about Keith, is his somewhat slow nature, or that he is air-headed. He is my no means stupid though might make someone regard him as a typical 'blond'. Keith is goofy and tends to take things slowly or sometimes seems to completely misunderstand people. He tends to not understand jokes as well as most people would, nor does he ever seem to understand when people tease him. So he is slightly slower witted than an average person, but makes up with this with his kind heart and sweet personality. The only time Keith ever seems to get nervous is around women, it is a good guess that he hasn’t had much practice flirting or even walking with the fairer sex on a personal level. He easily becomes blushed and flustered often leaving him stuttering or just rambling.
As Sky High he takes his job very seriously and always does his best to help everyone and even keep criminals from harm. He does everything in his power to help and protect the city. His sense of justice is unbending. Though at one point he may have envied Barnaby for taking his tittle as 'King of Heroes' but this feeling only lasted for a little while when he realized that it wasn’t the title that meant anything to him, but how he began to let others down. Keith was re-inspired soon enough to regain himself, even if he isn’t the 'King of Heroes' he knows that he is in fact a hero and wont let anyone down again. Along with the days and nights of being called out, he also goes on patrol by air every night and watches over the city. This is believed to be a personal choice only further proving Sky High's dedication to the people.
Keith of course has dislikes and can get annoyed with other. He prefers to be a pacifist when dealing with people both as Sky High and his normal self, He would much rather try to talk someone out of doing something, and take a few blows in the process. But he is not afraid to fight back and will any time he needs to. Keith seems to take almost everything with a grain of salt, not much tends to bother him. When he gets angry he is more the type to go quiet and glare at you or tell you what he thinks of you, but always remains in control. While being a hero most of his personality is the same though often he will toss out a witty comment or shout out his name. Other times he merely repeats his catchphrase. “Thanks and Thanks Again!”
Like his anger Keith rarely tends to get upset, and because of his somewhat dorky 'blondness' towards others he never tends to get offended by anything. When saddened though he is the type to go silent and become less like himself, he tends to be quiet and dislikes saying much he would also rather be alone when upset. He dislikes letting others see him when he isn’t smiling, so he does his best to quickly recover and continue smiling and being as happy as he can around others.

★ Backstory
Melinda, and Richard Goodman were a young couple in Sternbuild City, having married young and moved to the city with high hopes of starting themselves a new life. Richard became a policeman and Melinda was a stay at home wife, soon pregnant with their first son, Alex. Life was treating them well, one lovely little boy, and then two years later Melinda gave birth to Keith, naturally the baby got most of the attention for a while. Alex wasn't jealous and even helped take care of his baby brother that was three years younger than him.
The two boys grew up the best of friends. It seemed like they were always together. Life was pretty normal for the most part, the city was a great place to live, and everyone looked up to Mr. Legend and the other heroes as they arose. Alex envied the powers that NEXT had it seemed that he was constantly wishing he had some kind of power to use and become a Hero too. The two went through school, slowly growing apart it seemed, but the two were still very close. Playing football together, and often hanging with the same friends. After they graduated, Alex decided he would joint he police academy as a way to help people, he may not be a NEXT but swore to help people, and wanted to be like his father who was proud of him. Keith wasn't really sure what he wanted to do with himself after school, though looked into colleges hoping maybe something would stick out for him.
Keith was eighteen when his powers awoke, and their awakening would be something he'd never forget. As classes let out, Keith began to feel ill. Suddenly the air around him began to shift, at first he didn't notice, and then it really began to pick up before it suddenly exploded around him leaving him blacked out. He would later wake up to hear that he had injured ten people and killed two, and couldn't even remember what he had done! While only a few people realized it was him, he dropped out his apologies did little to make them feel any better. Keith fell into a bout of depression afraid of his new power. When his brother found out Alex couldn't be more amazed. He managed to make Keith see that it was an accident, and after that dedicated his time to helping Keith learn his powers in small steps, though Alex had none he seemed to do a good job of keeping his brother calm and relaxed.
His brother tried to convince him to become a Hero, which at first Keith thought was just a joke. Could he really become a hero? Over a year of practicing Keith decided that he would and understood he would need to talk with some officials and master his powers. He couldn't wait to tell his brother the exciting news. Unfortunately...that night Alex wouldn't make it home. Alex started home after his classes, and he was shot, killed in cold blood. That night the news devastated the family. Keith called off his meeting and simply gave up on being a hero.
It wasn't until the policemen finely had a suspect that Keith decided to take matters into his own hands. Maybe he didn't need to be a hero to take down this scum that took his brother from him. Hunting down the man late one evening, Keith wore a hood to hide most of his face. He caught the man trying to rob someone else. Using his NEXT powers he knocked the man around, asked him why, but got no reply, he wanted to rip him apart...but in the end he ended up just tossing him into the police station and turning away.
Keith slowly pulled himself out of his slump and decided that he would after all dedicate his life to helping people. It wasn't long after that, he gained his own name and suit. Sky High entered the Hero world, he had his share of blunders, but over time he matured and slowly mastered his powers over wind and air. To his surprise his popularity grew and in no time he found himself dubbed "King of Heroes". And, soon met the others NEXT Heroes.
Most of the time Keith is seen exercising or doing his own thing, though he does mingle with the heroes some and often offers advise which the others seem to often believe is good. For example, the others were against giving Barnaby a birthday 'party' until he said he was for it. And, later got disappointed when Kotetsu got annoyed with him improvising, not to mention that the surprise got ruined regardless. Though he does not ever seem to be come too personally involved with the others.
Later Jake Martinez takes the city hostage, with Kriem's help using the Mad Bears. When Jake decides that he will do a 'drawing' and chose his own opponent, Sky High is the first to be chosen. Not knowing Jake's true powers Sky High engages him in combat. Unfortunately Sky High is badly beaten in battle. The next time he is seen, Sky High is hanging from one of the city's large states with his arms in chains in a crucifixion-like pose, to ridicule the hero. It isn't much later than he is taken down and rushed to the hospital and upon awakening seeing that many of his friends had also fallen to Jake. Luckily though not much later Barnaby and Kotetsu manage to defeat Jake and safe the city.
After healing Keith finds himself no longer sporting the title 'King of Heroes', Barnaby having taken the top rank now. Though he has no true ill-will towards Barnaby he does begin to feel self-doubt because of his defeat by Jake. Keith becomes depressed and his performances soon suffer because of it. His friends begin to notice this as well.
A little while later Keith is out walking John when the dog gets away from him, having to also hang on to a paper sack of groceries, he hurries after his dog. He finds John barking at a young woman with pale skin and white hair. He quickly apologizes for the dog and then sits down, moments later he offers her an apple which she seems to accidentally crush in her hands. Slightly confused at first and then amused Keith offers her a napkin and assumes that she is a newly awakening NEXT with inhuman strength. After this, every evening he begins to visit the young woman, and though she does not speak much he enjoys her company. Having let something slip to the other Heroes they attempt to give him tips on how to impress her, and over-all he utterly fails and ends up walking away for the night. The next night Keith finds himself on the bench with her once again, this time he voices his worries aloud and though she only said a few words he ended up admitting his own self doubt. With her few words said Keith in turn slowly regains his confidence back.
Later, an android is causing havoc in town and has already defeated Wild Tiger and Barnaby partly. Unaware that the android is actually the woman he had become friends with, he engages her in battle. With his faith in his abilities restored he manages to destroy it. Keith soon decides to go and thank his new friend, the young woman at the park who inspired him, buying flowers he goes to the park bench where they had met, he waits but she did not appear. Keith continued to wait every evening for a week, but never comes...
A while later Maverick gathers the Heroes for a supposed announcement party, but instead they are all poisoned, and in turn Maverick uses his NEXT powers to manipulate everyone's memories including Keiths. Like the others he is soon considering Kotetsu a murderer that everyone is hunting, and Wild Tiger a completely different person. Sky High finds Kotetsu first, but luckily the mistaken hero gets away. Later, Kotetsu is surrounded on the Apollon Media's rooftop, despite Kotetsu's pleas and reveal of their secrets the heroes don't believe him. This is when Kaede appears and restores everyone's memories. Shortly after Tiger is attacked by Barnaby, while Sky High and the others are forced to fight False Wild Tiger. An android.
Overpowered the heroes are captured and later awaken in separate rooms. Keith like the others, finds himself with a bomb strapped around his neck. Soon they are all informed that if one of them pushes the button on the collar they will be allowed to leave, but the others will be blown up. They are forced to watch Kotetsu and Barnaby fight the H-01 android on screen, they have until the end of the fight to press the button and everyone else dies, or if they wait they will all die when the battle ends. Little did Keith or any of the others know that if anyone pushed a button they would all die. Keith struggles for a moment considering his options and does not realize the others can see him on their own screens. Upset of what he even considered he and other heroes start feeling worried and upset. Shortly later they all decide that they will believe in each other until the very end.
Finely in the nick of time the heroes are released from their collars when Kaede destroys the control panel. Keith and the others quickly make their way to the room where Barnaby and Kotetsu managed to defeat H-01, but to their horror Kotetsu had fallen in battle. This is when Maverick appears and explains what he had planned for all of them, just before sending more androids after the heroes. Sky High and the others fight, but are quickly outnumbered and outmatched. This might have been the death of them if not for Saito's hacking into the android's system thus shutting them down. The group now goes after Maverick who takes Kaede hostage! Thankfully Tiger stands once again and saves his daughter from the startled Maverick. The other heroes hurry after him to find that HERO TV came in just in time to film the man admitting to setting all of this up. Maverick soon erases his own memories leaving him nothing more than a potato.
A year passes after that and Keith and Sky High are happily protecting the city from harm as always, still one of the top heroes and who knows maybe someday he will regain his former title. While Keith has had to stop waiting on that mysterious woman to return, he does occasionally find himself glancing over to that bench where they met, while walking John.

★ TITLE
Sky High or Wind Wizard
★ COSTUME
Sky High's costume consists of a dark-purple fairly tight under-suit with a white and gray overcoat with gold trim, it is likely that the coat itself sports some kind of armor to protect his chest and midriff. He has silver armored boots, gauntlets and helmet with three yellow stripes across the front and a yellow blade-like piece sticking out of the top. Lastly, his uniform sports the logos from his sponsors, and on his back his ever-present jet pack he uses to maneuver in the air.
★ SPONSOR
Poseidon Line, Ustream, and Tamashii Nations.
★ NEXT
Yes
--Wind Manipulation: Sky High has what seems to be complete control over the wind. Though the limit of his powers has yet to be seen, he can create large gusts of winds that can reach unknown speeds. He has been able to carefully catch people in the air and lower them, and has even been able to cut through steel using 'blades' created from wind. He can quickly spin creating a wind tunnel to suck someone in or twister to blast someone with. He has also been known to create balls of wind and use them. As for flying Sky does utilize a jet pack on his hero suit. Can he fly without it? The answer is likely yes, however Keith's mind is only human focusing on flying around and utilizing the best of his skills would take even more concentration than it already does and use up more energy. With the jet pack and his wing control it merely helps him become more of a master at his NEXT power. Even Sky High isn’t without weaknesses, his body is human so it can be harmed or fall ill or become physically tired. The stronger and larger amounts of winds he uses will tire him out over time. It is also VERY unlikely that he has figured out or mastered complete control of his powers and very likely he could always learn some new way to use them to the best of his advantage.
