Garison is a tall, lithe fellow, standing at 6'2" and weighing in at 120 lbs. His sharp eyes, sharp smile and even sharper dress sense evoke images of a classic gangster with a wickedly modern twist, and when he isn't wearing his wide-brimmed black fedora, his jade-green hair can be seen, neatly cropped at the shoulders and impeccably trimmed. To look at him, one can see that he is both uncannily attractive - in a gaunt, leering sort of way - and abjectly sinister; his distinctive grin itself is a keen indicator of the twisted malevolence that lurks behind his devilish good looks and charismatic countenance.
★ PERSONALITY
If there was ever a term to describe Garison's personality, it would be "magnificent bastard". Smug, sarcastic, condescending and charismatic to boot, Garison is a fiendish criminal who finds pleasure only in the pursuit of his own twisted goals. What those goals are is unclear, even to Garison himself - at times a cunning manipulator, at others a violent sadist, his only consistent trait is the theatrical, almost flamboyant, vim and vigour with which he performs his heinous actions. Rather more unsettling than that is his absolute rejection of all moral standards, believing them to be outdated and arbitrary, and focusing instead on a personal ethic committed to a nihilistic absence of right and wrong. For Garison, the show is the most important thing: and if you can't make someone laugh as you blow them to kingdom come - well, where's the fun in that?

It was the glitz and glamour of Sternbild City that lured him to the dazzling metropolis in the first place, not to mention the abundance of corporate-sponsored heroes flaunting their wares and doing good for the benefit of the people. Such a display of theatrics and dolled-up ethics proved irresistible to Garison - determined to prove once and for all that there is no such thing as good and evil in a world gone mad, he lurks in the shadows, always waiting to do the dirty business of whatever damnable entity desires his aid.
