NOW DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND
★ APPEARANCE
The infamous Crusher of Justice has a rather particular, if not hopelessly quirky, personae and physical style. Kotetsu T. Kaburagi stands relatively average in terms of height, 180cm which is nothing overwhelmingly impressive. His dark hair is typically hidden under his signature beige and green beret. The color combination appears to be his favorite as it transcends his attire and compliments his darker skin tone. Generally he is seen wearing a green button-up under a black and beige vest, dark slacks and loafers to complete his daily outfit. However, he is known immediately as Wild Tiger by the public when wearing his mask and the regularly seen ‘kitty beard’ which is his rendition of Mr. Legend’s choice trim of facial hair.
★ PERSONALITY
Personality-wise the man is as amusing as they come. A single father and widow, many would expect him to be more reserved if not slightly introverted wherein he is a knowledgeable and forthcoming hero. Those who would assume this may be highly disappointed. Kotetsu’s mentality could be compared to that of your average teenager wherein he can be infuriatingly oblivious, obnoxiously boisterous and lacks key professionalism in situations that may call for it. He doesn’t mean to be an insufferable person but he doesn’t enjoy the idea of becoming a dreary old man, though he does fancy himself to be quite wise which isn’t untrue. Kotetsu has been known to drop kernels of wisdom, be highly perceptive and a force to be reckoned with when he sets his mind to it.
Unfortunately these instances can be rather hit and miss which can be increasingly frustrating for those working alongside him. Kotetsu is more or less a mediator in most cases and upholds a strict moral honor to uphold what he believe a hero is meant to stand for, a code that constantly clashes with Sternbild monuments, transportation systems and the general surroundings as he doesn’t have much concerns for property damage if it means a life is saved. He tends not to think things through completely, winging situations that he would have done well to plan ahead for and can be slightly forgetful. All in all he means well, bringing laughter to the workplace and offering to lend an ear to those who need it.

★ Backstory
Kotetsu was raised outside of Sternbild in a somewhat rural area that still serves as something of an escape for him today. Upon discovering that he was a NEXT at a young age it was his staunch belief that anyone who came near him, who touched him, would be harmed. Such was the case during an incident in his youth where he found himself among a hostage situation. The stress and fear triggered his famous Hundred Power ability, sending his captor flying but worsening his outlook on his abilities. Had it not been for the encouragements of his idol, Mr. Legend, it is quite likely that he would have come to resent himself and possibly other NEXT’s.
After the event took place he made every endeavor to only use his powers to save people. He became famous in high school for having never lost a fight, an infamous title for a teenager that attracted the attention of the young gang leader Antonio Lopez from the next town over. Kotetsu refused many challenged sent his way but was quickly pushed into fighting when they kidnapped his classmate – and later wife – Tomoe. Naturally he was startled to discover that Antonio was like himself but the information hadn’t prevented the brawl from taking place; however neither of them won in this contest of strength.
Kotetsu fervently demanded the return of his friend which was a surprise to Antonio who hadn’t known about the abduction; together they confronted the remains of the gang on her whereabouts. Unfortunately, the warehouse in where she was kept erupted into flames and Kotetsu valiantly ran in to save her, activating his NEXT abilities and rescuing her from the burning building.
Perhaps it was because he had refused to use his powers to fight but had when it came to saving someone else; Antonio became his best friend and confidant. The years that followed were filled with Kotetsu mastering his abilities, becoming a hero, marrying Tomoe, fathering a child, and being employed by Top MaG.
But things took a turn for the worst and Tomoe died after contracting an illness, leaving Kotetsu to grieve and raise their daughter alone. He’d moved out of his small hometown and become a fulltime hero by this point and rarely was able to return home, leaving his little girl in the care of his brother and mother.
His track record as a hero left much to be desired. It was his belief that the safety of people overrode any damage he could do to his surroundings which affected him negatively due to the amount of collateral damages he and his sponsors had to pay for his shenanigans. After Top MaG went under he was hired by Soft Bank and partnered with the newbie hero Barnaby Brooks Jr, a stuffy, know-it-all blonde who was more concerned about rating than what a hero was meant to stand for.
This changed over time and eventually Kotetsu and his partner were able to come to an accord, their relationship improving through events like the Jake incident and later when they uncovered a small portion of the Oroboros plot.

★ COSTUME
A costume-made suit (grudgingly admitted to be more efficient than his old uniform) that comes with various functions, among them including a clock that relays how much time he has left to sue his NEXT powers as well as the signature ‘Good Luck’ mode.
★ SPONSOR
Soft Bank
★ NEXT
Yes
--Hundred Power: Maximizes his physical strength 100-fold, virtually making him a bulldozer and juggernaut. However there was always a time limit for his powers to remain active, formerly it was a 5 minute window but in recent months it has declined to 1 minute of use.

★ Weaponry
He does not advocate weapons but has been known to use whatever is on hand (ie. pipes, beams and columns) to get the job done. He is more in favor of using a lasso to tie up his enemies which is standard for his suit.
★ ETCETERA
nope.
